In this class you will learn how to make different halloween cameos and a black sugar flower, just in time for halloween. We will whip up a fresh batch of swiss meringue buttercream and then start playing around with modeling chocolate. I will teach you different methods on how to make these cupcake toppers. Some techniques learned in this class will translate into a wide variety of cake decorating skills. *This class will be taught vie ZOOM*
Christine Chapman has 20 years of cake decorating experience. She is the owner of Crumbs Cakery a custom cake studio on Bainbridge Island. Christine is a self taught cake artist (mostly through trail and error, oh so many errors!) and opened her shop 6 years ago on the island.
